Patient in Tribulation

“…Naked came I out of my mother’s womb, and naked shall I return thither: the Lord giveth, and the Lord hath taken away, but blessed be the name of the Lord.”

Job 1:21

Job is the most highlighted example, but literally all of the great patriarchs of scripture faced immense trial while on the path God had for them.

In our first-world churches, it can be difficult to connect our Christian lifestyle with intense trial and persecution, but that’s exactly what Biblical Christians endure. Most of them faced certain death for the decisions they made staying faithful to God. Trial has a unique way of teaching us dependence on God, as well as testimonies birthed of His provision keeping us reminded of His faithfulness for future trial.

Lord teach your church today to wait and pray. Whether in life or in death that You would be glorified! Counting it ALL joy!

“Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer;”

Romans 12:12
